Privacy Policy

Effective 12 October 2026

Network: Keep It Online ("Network") is a game made by Appamania ("we"). This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. In short: the game has no ads and does not track you. It creates an anonymous game account so your progress, Cycles and scores are kept online. We never ask for your name, email address or any other contact details.

Your game account

The first time the game goes online, it creates an anonymous account with Firebase Authentication (Google). The account is a random identifier; it has no name, email or password. If you are signed in to Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android), the game links that account to your Game Center or Play Games player identity, so your progress comes back when you reinstall the game or move to a new phone.

What the game keeps online

Stored in Cloud Firestore (Google), under your game account:

What we do not collect

No name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or advertising identifier. The game contains no ad SDK and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Google's use of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services. Apple's is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Notifications

After the tutorial, the game asks whether you want notifications. If you say yes, your phone reminds you when a new daily challenge starts and before your login streak runs out, and you may receive game news and update notices from us. Turn them off at any time in Settings → Notifications or in your device's settings.

Children

Network is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

How long data is kept

Data on your phone stays until you reset progress or delete the app. Data in your game account stays until you delete it (see below). Daily and Endless score entries are kept with your account. Purchase records are kept after an account is deleted, with the account identifier removed, so a receipt cannot be credited twice. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days and analytics events for up to 14 months. Game Center and Play Games keep scores and achievements under Apple's and Google's own terms.

Your choices and rights

Security

Data sent between the game, Google, Apple and the app stores travels over encrypted connections. Your game account can only read its own data, and only our server can change your Cycles.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
