I deleted the game. Is my progress gone?
No, if you were signed in. Your levels, stars, themes and Cycles are kept with your game account, linked to Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android). Reinstall, sign in with the same Game Center or Play Games account, and they come back on their own.
I bought Cycles and they did not arrive
Keep the game open and online for a minute: purchases are checked with Apple or Google before the Cycles are added. If they still do not arrive, email us the date and the order number from your receipt.
Leaderboards and achievements
Sign in to Game Center (iPhone Settings → Game Center) or Google Play Games to play the daily challenge and Endless, see how your scores rank, and earn an achievement for every chapter you finish. Levels work the same without signing in.
A level feels impossible
Every level is tested to be winnable. Try picking the card for your busiest box, link every door to a worker and every worker to storage, and drag storage closer to the workers when answers are slow. Tap an overloaded box to boost it.
Notifications, analytics and your data
There are no ads. Turn notifications or analytics off in Settings. Settings → Delete my online data removes your game account and everything kept online. See the privacy policy.
